Postage and handling is $7.50 for all Standard Parcels which includes Tracking within Australia.
All orders that are over $99 come with FREE POSTAGE and will be despatched as a Standard Parcel with Tracking.

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from when the order is placed.
Orders will only be despatched once full payment has been received.
Please allow 3 - 6 business days for delivery. Orders will be delivered to the address provided. Orders that are sent as Standard Parcels are not required to be signed for by the recipient. In the event that a claim arises concerning orders that are not received by the addressee or are missing we at 7 Day Chemist will make all reasonable enquiries in an attempt to locate a missing order. However, if at the end of our enquiries via Australia Post we are satisfied that the order has in fact been delivered to the nominated address then 7 Day Chemist will not accept responsiblity for any loss and or be liable for any refunds.
Due to weight and destination variations, freight charges given are approximate. If a freight charge is to be increased from that shown on the order confirmation, we will seek your approval prior to processing your order.
We will offer a refund or exchange on an unused, undamaged and unopened product on the condition that we are notified of the problem within 24hrs upon delivery of your order. Please contact us by email within this timeframe after you become aware that a product needs to be returned and include your reason. We will then guide you through the process. Please do not send items back to us unless you have first received approval from our staff.
If you return an item that we agree is faulty, we will pay for postage as a (standard parcel) when returning the item to us. We will also pay for the postage to re send a replacement product or provide you with a refund. If you are returning an item you believe to be faulty and it is more than 24 hours after it was delivered to you, please contact us and we will advise you of the correct procedure to follow. In most cases you will need to deal with the manufacturer direct
If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable or you have ordered the wrong product(s), we will exchange the item or provide you with a refund only for the cost of the returned item, and you will be liable for the postage you paid when returning the item to us. Refunds minus any delivery fees will be made via PayPal.
If goods are being returned by Australia Post you must supply us with a tracking number at the earliest opportunity. Please note, 7 Day Chemist will only reimburse you the relevant fee charged as a standard parcel. If you choose to return a product to us using another method ie: express post or signature on delivery this will be done at your expense. We will assess the postage and refund you the standard parcel fee only. Please note, if you are returning a product to us for any reason whatsoever 7 Day Chemist will NOT provide refunds for items that may be damaged or lost in transit.
